Encrypt password

Hi,

I am using the Extranet module in "Login" mode in 8.6.1.7. It seems that when users try to reset the password, it does not encrypt, despite all settings regarding password encryption in http://manual.dynamicweb-cms.com/Default.aspx?ID=6648 being checked.

Can you confirm?

Hi Nuno,

Actually, the feature takes in account current state of Encrypt option of the user (can be seen in backend user form, the same behaviour is during user editing via Extranet module). So, If it's selected then new password of the user set via Login mode will be encrypted. Encrypt option in password policy always has priority during new user creating.
