Each language generates 2 hreflang references

Hi,

Why do I have 10 hreflang references in my html head while I only have 1 master and 4 language layers? Each language generates 2 hreflangs, but I want this to only output 1 hreflang per language. Can I adjust this?

Hi,

In Swift 1.22 this was implented for Hreflang tags:

Adding fallbacks to an entire language (I.e. 'da') instead of the only regions ('da-dk'). This means that for every language there will be minimum 2 alternates pointing to the same page.
