E-mail allowed/consent

Hey Guys,

I am trying to setup a newsletter for a B2B company. Since they would like to e-mail existing customers, no consent is required.

So I have setup a user for testing with the checkbox for e-mail permisison:

Created an e-mail where the consent check is disabled:

But still the e-mail module says there are 0/1 recipients with permission

 

What am I missing?

Hi Justin,

Is the user active and does the user have a valid email address (in the email field - not the user name field)?

Hey Morten,

Thanks, it turned out the User import deactivated this user shotrly after I set the E-mail Allowed check because it is not in the source data :-)
