Dynamicweb adding text to Meta Description?

Sometimes Dynamicweb seems to add text in the end of the description metatag like the website name.
Not for all pages but for some of them.

Why is that and how can we stop it for all pages?

Is this an older version of Dynamicweb?

Have you checked the page layout and master templates if any of them includes the website name in meta description?
