DW9 Marketing module questions

Hi,

We have a client whom uses the Marketing Module out of the box in DW 9.19.5.

They have a campaign email sent out to a list where one email failed. They then removed the email from the recipient list and clicked 'retry' to get the warning to disapear, but nothing happens.

It looks like it still have the failed email on the list.

They ask if there is a way to get it to not look like the whole campaign failed?

Next question is from 'All Email' overview. They uses this a lot to get an overview.
The failed campaign have N/A on the values even though the statics are there, when you click into it. Can this be fixed in some way?

Hi Marie,

I have had a few similar issues. They are not going away unless you clean up the table.
You have to identify the email address and look it up in the EmailRecipient table.
You can first look for any messages in the RecipientErrorMessage, that could point you to the recipients with issues.
After deleting the row (or correcting the email address), you may need to recycle the application. Try first to resume the sending without a recycle and see if it works.

I deleted the bad row and it works now.

It was because the email was a 'not valid' email format. So it gave some issues.
