Deployment tool - How to handle right-only?

I have the following setup where the page listed exists in the target only. At this point, there's nothing I can do with this result (all checkboxes are disabled). Is this by design? I understand this is about deployment (going from A to B) and not about synchronization (going back from B to A again) so I think that would make sense, but I wanted to confirm anyway.

Hi Imar

It is a deployment tool. And not a sync tool or an integration tool that moves data. So it is just to let you know that you need to update your development/left side environment with a fresh copy of the production site.

We have a wish for being able to pull changes instead of just pushing them. That is what you probably would want for things only on right side/production environment.
