Default values from inherited Item

Hi,

 

Using 8.5.1.9 we have created Item X, that inherits from item A.

 

Item A has some default values, but it seems that when we create item X, it does not have the default values from item A. Is this by design or bug?

This is a bug and the bug has been solved in Dynamicweb 8.6 (Bug #15872).
