I logged in the website ,added the product to the cart and then changed the default address in my profile page.
But the billing address (default address) didn't change in checkout page.
Please advise me how can I solve it.

Empty cart, and add the product again.
Once the cart has been created, it will remember the information attached to that cart instance until checked out or emptied.
