Customer Center "Bought from" Date cannot be change

Hi guys,

I have an instance of the customer center module that is supposed to list Ledger Items.

I have tried to change the value for "Bought from date" but no matter what I do, it remains set to the current date.

And that prevents the listing of any document older than the current date. Meaning that it will never list anything.

I tried multiple browsers. The date in the interface changes when you pick the date from the calendar, but it is not saved.

I am using 9.3.5.

Thank you,
Adrian

Frontend I guess?

We need templates or link - otherwise we would be guessing... You are also welcome to create a case with the service desk so they can check it out.

Hi Nicolai,

No. I am talking abaout the setting in the back-end in the Customer Center module.

It always default to current date and if you change the date, it is not saved.

See the attached screen.

Thanks,
Adrian
