Hi,

I am using a default functionality for cookies and user notification by using cookie manager. it seems to be working with Google chrome and firefox but on IE if you accept cookies it keeps poping up after page refresh or navigating to another page. Have any one experienced that ? and how should i fix this?

Hi Umar

Do you encounter the same issue using IE on i.e. dynamicweb.dk?

What version of IE?

Hi Nicolai,

I have just tested on dynamicweb.dk and there is no such issue i have encountred.

I am using IE-11 and IE-edge (win 10) and the DW solution we are running is 8.6.1.16

Dynamicweb.dk uses the same feature as you do.

So my guess is that your cookies in IE for the site you have issues with, are fucked up. Try deleting the cookies.

I have tested the cookie functionality on our wrap solution with same settings and works perfectly there but not on the solution i am working on even though i have cleared the cookies as well but no success

Hi Umar

Then you probably have an issue in your template or something. Try updating the solution to a new DW version and do the same with the templates.

Maybe ask a developer to help debug the response/request from the site.

Do other users with IE have the same issue on that site?

I am working on your suggestions and see what i get.

And Yes, it is a problem for all users on IE.
