Below is the step how I setup the workflow

log in as Administrator, create the workflow having 3 steps where tpl@dynamicwebapac.com (default role) was assigened to execuate the steps
Change the site setting to applied this workflow for the site.
log in as va1 (backend default role user) and amend the content.
After the amendment, the "Approve" button was enabled, that is to say va1 can approved its own content which does not seem to be right. Based on my setup tpl@dynamicwebapac.om should be the one approve the amended content.

Hi,

I've looked at your video. Page used in the your example seems to be already in draft mode. Please, find my comments in the attached screenshot and have a look at my video saying how it should be in fact (taken on test environment based on DW9.4.15 admin). Refer to manual for extra details.

Thank you, Oleg QA . It worked.

May I know can the same be done for product as I cannot find the workflow dropdown field in PIM, for example when there is a price change done by the executive, the manager in charge want to review and approve it before it published to the e-comm. If yes, how to set this type of workflow in product?
