Its seems that the shipping and payments options are being incorrectly cached accross the language/site layers.
We're experincing that opening the cart module in the administration to configure delivery and payment methods works, but only for the first site.
If we go to another site to configure that cart module it will show the delivery options for the previous site instead of the current one.
To reset this and get the correct options on the cart module we have to open the site in inkognito mode in the browser.
