Can i add an extra menu item to marketing?

Is it possible to add an extra menu item to this tree ? 

I want to add a custome module to this list i build is that possible without too much hassle or should i stick with custom modules ?

Hi,

It's not possible. Please, follow http://manual.dynamicweb-cms.com/Default.aspx?ID=7436 and http://manual.dynamicweb-cms.com/Default.aspx?ID=7437 define all accessible features of Marketing.

Is it possible to add to the ecommerce tab instead maybe ?
