BUG: Image Item field - download function gives 404 if focalpoint is selected

Hi,

I was unsure where to put this because its regarding DW9.

We have a customer with DynamicWeb 9.15.7 and an older Swift.

The issue lies in the Image field type under Items.

If a image is selected like here with focal point added:

And the edtior wants to download the image from here on the item they recieve a 404 page.
If they remove the focal point they are able to download the image.

It looks like a bug i DW? Or have it been solved in a newer version?

Its on the item fieldtype 'File' I mean ofcause :)

It sounds like a bug in a Swift template. But hard to tell without more technical details.

Maybe if you can inpspect the markup and compare the difference in the 2 versions where it works and where it does not. Then we can see what it might be.

We currently have bug 22323 open on https://doc.dynamicweb.dev/documentation/fundamentals/dw10release/releasenotes/openbugsdw10.html - it could be similar (that bug deals with webp images used as original image) or something very similar.

You can post some screenshots here or provide some info in a case to care.
