Back in stock notification for inactive products

Hi,

Back in stock notifications are being sent to users even when the product is inactive.
This is the scenario:

  1. The product is active, and the user subscribes to the back in stock notification.

  2. The product is set to inactive.

  3. The stock is updated, but the product is still inactive.

  4. The user receives the back in stock notification.

Looking at the back in stock code, there is no validation to check if the product is active or not.
