Alternative to graphical navigation

Hello,

I need to attach an image to each menu item. However, the graphical navigation is deprecated in DW9.

Are there any plans to bring it back, or does anyone have a great suggestion for an alternate approach?

Any and all ideas are welcome :)

You can create an item type for page properties and attach that to your website. Then when editing the page you have these fields avail and can also find them in the navigation XML.

Great - I never realized that fields in my page properties would show up in the navigation XML.
