To use DynamicWeb’s shared SMTP mail setup (sendgrid), you need to change your SMTP settings and SPF record.

SPF:

By default, dynamicweb solutions must be pointed to this address:  Smtp.dynamicweb-cms.com

You SMTP settings can be changed here:

If you don’t have a SPF record, please contact the domain name server responsible, they can help you creating a txt record pointing at:

  v=spf1 redirect=spf.dynamicweb-cms.com ~all

if you have more than one SPF record, you should look like this:

v=spf1 include:_otherdomain.com include:spf.dynamicweb-cms.com ~all

DKIM:

Since it’s s shared setup, DKIM is enabled through our relay server and the authentication looks like this:

Authentication-Results: spf=pass (sender IP is 168.245.70.104)
 smtp.mailfrom=smtp.hostnordic.net; dkim=pass (signature was verified)

If you need domain specific DMIK you need to buy a separate account from sendgrid.com or another provider.
