Hi Team,
I’ve set up the Digital Assets Portal, and it’s working fine — but I’d like to limit what’s displayed on the front end.
Right now, in the Digital Assets it shows all folders and subfolders under /Files/Digital Assets/. However, I’d like to restrict it so that it only shows files from one specific root folder (and its subfolders).
For example, if I create a folder called “DW Digital Assets”, only the files from that folder and its subfolders should appear in the DAM download overview.
I assumed this could be configured in the Files query, but the issue is that this same query is also used elsewhere — so changing it directly might affect other parts of the setup.
What would be the best way to achieve this result without impacting other functionalities?
