In EcomPageOnOutputSubscriber I see this:

Looks like with and without Vat are mixed up for these fields. In my JSON I see this:

where these numbers are swapped around. I think because of the code in EcomPageOnOutputSubscriber but maybe there are other places where this is mixed up as well.

Seen on 9.18.3.

Good catch - good report. The problem is also valid for DW10
