Hello,
I am trying to create a product export using the Ecom provider as source and Excel provider as destination. Most fields export correctly but some fields return null. These appear to be the fields that are inherited fields from the group they belong to. For example we have a product category field with brand information which contains things like the "Brand name". As you can see in the image the Brand name has the inherited value "Mathews".
In my export integration I have the Brand name mapping defined as follows:
When I check the created Excel file this field is set to null. When I change this field manually so it is not greyed out anymore the value is included in my export.
Is there a way to make the integration get the inherited value for these type of fields when there is only an inherited value?
I am using DynamicWeb 9.19.0.
