Error in liveintegration - "Web Service connection: 'Thread was being aborted.'. "

Hi,

We are seeing some connection issues in a client production liveintegration.

The errors we are getting in the liveintegration log is like:
ConnectionError: Error checking Web Service connection: 'Thread was being aborted.'. Request: '<GetEcomData></GetEcomData>'

We have 3 sites running on the same web service connection setup. 
It seems like it helped to restart the service.

Anyone have experienced this and have a permanent solution for the issue?

Hi Marie,
could you give more details about your setups? Is it DW9 or DW10 version used? What is your ERP system, is it OnPrem or Cloud?
Maybe the problem is that the Dynamicweb service or ERP server is too busy processing the simultaneous requests that come from serveral websites at the same time.
Can you try to increase the timeout settings in the Live integration settings page?
Connection timeout (seconds)
Interval between pings (seconds)

Hi,

Ofcause - I can see I missed out some informations.

DW version 9.18.3

ERP: 1.2.0.18_NAV2017

Its hosted on its own windows server (not DW cloud).

I can see it doesnt have anything set in connection timeout. Maybe its an issue?

The interval between pings are 60 secons

Hi Marie,
Yes, can you try to set the Connection timeout (seconds) to the value of 30 or more and try with that?
You can also try to update the Live integration to the latest version 7.4.13.
