Restore of paragraph do not restore Row

Hi

DW9 9.17.0

if you delete a paragraph and then try to restore it again, it ends up as "not in template"

it seams that ther are no way to restore a Row

it has the same issue when restoring paragraphs via languages

it does restore Rows when restoring a full Page

 

2 questings:

is ther a way to restore a Row?

is there a way to move a restored paragraph in to a new Row?

 

I see that this is only an issue in DW9
in DW 10 there are a "Grid rows" in the recycle bin

Hi Thomas

Rows are not restorable in DW9 - and paragraphs are restored to not in template as the placeholder they came from is unkown, is occupied by new content, or belongs to a missing row.

In DW10 we have another approach to deleting - we mark content as deleted in the database but the records are still there - in DW9 we move the data back and forth. The new approach makes it easier to restore entire structures including grids etc.
