in dw9 how can we change the page name once it is given a name it does not give us to edit

Instead of clicking "Properties", simply click the page and then the "Page" button.

Hi Abhineet,
Click on the page name in the content tree and then click Page on the Ribbon bar. That then gives you a text box for the new name:
