Global elements work in Swift

How does Global elements work in Swift?
If it doesn't work - are there plans to make it possible in the future?
Is there any alternative way to create content that can be inserted in several places, but edited centrally?

Hi Michael

Global elements are not supported in visual editor and have been removed from Dynamicweb 10. They are problematic as they cause all kinds of issues related to permissions and duplicate content.

You can use an item publisher to publish either one item or a list of items from a central node in the content tree.

Can you elaborate on the use case?

Hope this clarifies.

BR Nicolai
