Navigation root points to wrong pages

I noticed recently that when using the Navigation content type and choosing navigation root where I am trying to point to "Utilities" to show "User, Cart, etc", that when I save it that the pages it will display are "Home" and "Products" which are pages not underneath the Utilities folder.

I attached image, both before saving and when I open up the modal again where the navigation root link has changed a little bit, but it's still pointing to the right page id.

This wasn't a problem that long ago but suddenly it started. I am on DW 10.8.0 and latest Swift version.

Bump

It´d be super helpful if we could get a set of eyes on this quickly as we´re putting this website into production any day now :) At a quick glance it doesn´t seem to be something we can directly fix ourselves, we´re bound to using the latest versions of DW and Swift to fix other issues we we´re having :)

The app is putting the selected page id into the NavigationRoot column in the ItemType_Swift_Navigation table instead of the path. We've manually changed the values in the database but if anyone opens the apps in the visual editor and saves them then the values get changed to only the PageIds, making the component select the published root pages for the website instead of the pages under the given navigation root.
