Yes, we are in the progress of completing the lists and topics. The final release of DW10 certifications is during September.

Is there, btw, any point in doing version 9 certifications at this point, if one previously has no certifications?

No, you should focus on the DW10 as they will be the ones you need going forward. If you need to work on DW9 solutions I am sure you will do just fine with your current experience and I do not think you will learn new stuff taking the DW9 certifications. So it should be to just get a pretty C0 badge here in the forums :-)

Those links you sent me were practice exams right? Thats what I wrote in the thread topic... I clicked them a couple of times to see how i would do, and it didnt ask for any payment info, but I just saw a * at the bottom referring to price where it says "first attempt 110 Eur"... I hope we dont get billed for that now (ive done it twice just to see how I where I am, but I am not prepared to actually do the certification yet)

Why you cannot access that link from edit profile, I do not know, but I will try to find out!

I will take care that you do not get an invoice for the certifications - I think the invoicing is on pause anyways while waiting on the final DW10 certifications.
