Nuno, Mario and I have been working on this for months and have not been able to figure it out. The customer reports that shopping carts sometimes get randomly cleared.
We have not been able to repro it consistently. We met with the customer to try to repro it. Here's what one example looked like in the backend:
Mario investigated multiple times. He looked at logs when the carts were clearing.
We thought it might have something to do with users with only one customer to impersonate. But Mario created a user in UAT and could not repro it.
Mario thought it might have something to do with integration changing the user record. But the Integration Team said that's not happening.
Does this ring a bell with anyone? Any ideas of what else to look at?
