Product ID not in URL when using new URL provider

Hi

We are using the new URL provider to avoid -1 in the URL's, since the customer has two groups with the same name in different websites but this doesn't display Product ID's, which was another request from the customer.

The product ID's will only be shown if we use the old provider but then we have broken links as shown in the screencast.

Also weird, is that there are product links within the wiping-solutions/advanced-series-wipers that work fine but others have broken links: https://www.screenpresso.com/=EeGfe which we are still trying to solve.

In any case, we are still troubleshooting the issues with 404 products.

Most of the products within the Advanced Series Wipers subgroups go to 404's while a products under the N-A105CB subgroup open fine: https://www.screenpresso.com/=tV98b

They are following similar paths, setting under Customized URL's have "404 for products not in..." were disabled too but we still see 404.

When we used the new URL provider, this would be fixed but the Product ID's aren't in the URL as you confirmed. There are two same named groups within the solution but in different Shops, I wonder if this is causing the 404's showing up?

Hi Fabio,

Cause of the issue in your case can be using of product groups and products have the same name as well as content names are the same as product groups. I see your solution has product groups having the same names at least. So, try to get rid the doubles and use last DW version of admin to exclude related issues may already fixed. We are still in disccusing of the issue. Thanks.
