Anyone know where the sender email address for orders is set?

Hi. Am getting order confirmations from Swift <noreply@dynamicweb.dk>. Have changed it to the desired address in the SMTP settings, and in every setting / template that contains the string noreply@dynamicweb.dk, but its still coming through with that address.

Does anyone know where this is configrued? I looked all through the Cart, page by page, app setting by app setting. Couldnt find it.

Hi Stephen

Check the system settings for the default from email address:

https://doc.dynamicweb.com/documentation-9/platform/advanced-settings/system

Also if the email specified is not in email format, it will default back to noreply@ - så ensure it is correct.

We have had issues with emails with non-asci characters, so do you have that? I.e. høeg@nörway.com?

Hei Nicolai.  Yes it is specified exactly where you said 

 

noreply@customersdomain.no

 

No special characters

What do you mean by "Also if the email specified is not in email format" ?

Ah I think I found it in the Notification Emails section of the checkout user page (app settings)
