Users are getting blocked for unknown reason

We have a customer that we implemented anti-spam validation for, but some users are still getting banned for this reason:
206.222.223.22;2024-03-17T15:24:45;Form BAN: Bad form (Hidden description should be empty - e7312972a93fc0fbd9371b8a8a73fb8adescription);

Do you know of anything on our side that could be causing this field to get populated? Or a way to stop it from being populated? One of our theories is some kind of a browser extension, but that's pretty hard to police with end users.

Hi Sean

The only thing I can think of is an autocomplete feature - but the field has autocomplete off, so that should be prevented. How old is this solution?

I thought of that, too, but I don't really know how it works.

The solution is 8 years old or so. But the DW version is 9.14.10 and we just recently adjusted the templates to make use of the newer anti-spam features.
