So you want to show discounts on a product that is not applicable yet? Voucher code being one of them - but could also be other thresholds like quantity, order limits, shipping methods etc?

Generally the method you highlight will remove discounts where conditions are not met - on a product the voucher code is be definition not met, hence the conditional. In case of the voucher code there are 2 scenarios - one is that the cart actually already have the voucher code and should then display the discount on the product as long as the current cart has the code, or the order can later get the voucher code applied and we already now want to show the discount?

You want something like this?

If there are no cart, the discount will not show up on the product, but if there is a cart, and that cart has a voucher, the discount will be applied on the product?

Or do you want to show the discount before there is actually a cart with the vocuher code on it?

My intention is actually just, that I would just like to be able to display a voucher-related discount on the products when the conditions are met.
Say a voucher code is added to the cart and when browsing the site, I can afterwards display the new discounted for the products.

We actually changed that at some point as we got bug-reports on that... I will se what we can do - setting on the discount or in general maybe.
