DW 9.16.5 , Swift v1.24.0

Question - Should the tag Ecom:Order.Completed be empty?

Integration?

If the order does not have a CompletedDate the tag is not written.

Hi Nicolai,

The environment where the video was captured has no Integration configured

Any other suggestion?

But what do you have in the database for that field on the order you tried to send?

Hi Nicolai,

I checked this Pedro and the DB value is populated. Although, at the time when order flow notification email is sent the order is not completed yet, and CompletedDate not set.
This explains why we have the tag populated if we trigger the state email a second time (changing the order state).

Below a screenshot of what could explain the missing tag on the first email:
