Response is not valid XML format.

Hello, I have errors when executing the live integration. The test does not pass on my endpoint "The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized." and also when I create a download log I also have several errors, among which is "Response is not valid XML format." If anyone has any solution, I would be grateful. Thanks in advance. Best regards

Hi Tomislav,
401 error means that the problem is with authorization so you need to check your endpoint authentication credentials and endpoint parameters if they are correct.
The error about "Customer with name Anonymous is not found" means that there was a connection established to your ERP and there was actual response from BC/NAV saying that it can not find a customer with such Number or Name "Anonymous" so you need to change its value in the Live integration settings or create a new customer with that name in your ERP.

Hi Dmitriy,

I would like information on where I can set up when the customer sends the order to receive an email immediately that the order has been sent.

This can be adjusted on the shopping cart or? Is there somewhere in the documentation that I haven't seen it? Thanks in advance.
