Rich Text Anchor link functionality

Hi DW, 

I was wondering if there is any way to use this paragraph link functionality found in the rich text element.

Currently, it does not scroll to the chosen paragraph.

Which version of Swift?

Anchors have been introduced in 1.22: https://github.com/dynamicweb/Swift/releases/tag/v1.22.0

Part of that change was that all items with paragraphs have their ID in code.

Hi Nicolai,

That would be a 1.15, but thanks! Ill let them know an upgrade would allow them to do this :)
