Response time of LIveIntegration

Hi,

We have a very long delay for the LieIntegration service when loading the Products page. In that page, Liveintegration is used only to fetch each product. We tried checking the setting "Lazy load of products prices" but this setting interferes with the display of other pages so we cannot use it.

Is there any other setting we can use to speed up the loading of the Products page? If not, how could we improve the loading speed?

Hi Tomas,
what Dynamicweb version, Live integration version and templates do you use?
Can you set the Product information cache level to Session instead of Page?

Hi Dmitriy,

It is DW 9.15.3 with Swift 1.16.0.

I tried the Session cache level (thanks for the tip!). The response time is the same.

And the DynamicwebLiveIntegrationAddIn version is 7.2.0.0

Ok, but before that, can you try to update the live integration to 7.2.7 and check again?

Hi Tomas,

 

There have also been changes to the behavior of Lazy Loading in the templates (and some more continue to happen), so future versions will have it even more performant and stable.

Updated to integration to 7.2.7.0 but there is no improvement.

Hi Tomas,
I have investigated the Live integration log on your solution, its located in the Files/Syste/Log/LiveIntegration folder and found that message:
"An error occurred processing the request. Exception: Customer with name: CLIENTE ANONIMO not found"
So there is no such customer in the ERP with Number or Name equal to "CLIENTE ANONIMO". Once this is fixed on the ERP side or in the Live integration anonymous user customer number setting then the requests amount will decrease as it will receive the proper response from the ERP.

Hi Dmitriy,

Thanks a lot for the diagnosys!

Maybe a little help on that setting would be usefull, something like "ERP Anonymous user key. This configuration is needed to speed up the response time of the ERP".
