Untranslated content breaks menu

Hi,

In swift when there is no translation for the login menu, it should fallback to default.

Instead it will show an additional node with a Swift text:

Thanks,

Justin

Ofcourse I managed to create a weird problem here again :-)

So just want to check some things. Working on a default Swift 1.21 install

Is it correct that the "Login" and the "My account" Menu should be shown hidden according to security settings?

I have checked these and they are correct for both, but Still I get both menu's now shown when I am logged in to the front-end:

This is the setting for the "Login" menu

And this for the My account menu:

Also the above problem still occurs, when I have not translated the content, A SWIFT_SIGNIN ## is generated, what worries me a bit is that this is actually changing the name of the content item which is pretty strange.

Groet,

Justin

Hi Justin,

Does the user you're testing with in the frontend, happen to have backend access and is an "Admin"? We ran into a situation where people wanted to have the same Dynamicweb user for backend and frontend (obviously they were the admins wanting access to everything), and that caused this experience.

Best Regards,
