Styling is not consistent in the Selectable variant options item type

When you select the 'square' option in the 'Selectable variant options' item type on the PDP, it sets color swatch options with a rounded square and text options with no rounding. The styling should be consistent, and ideally allow the user to select a circle, rounded corners, or square.

Hi,

I know that there is a difference but it's how it's made. As written in Description for the field the style is only for Image and color options.

Hi Melissa

Thank you for your input. Yes i see your point.
Currently as you also notice the button layout only supports the button for images and hex colors.
But we could take into consideration to support layout for buttons with labels, as a seperate setting.
The reason why we didn't applied it for the button with label is that it looked wierd with the circle, and we tried to be backward compatible.

Best regards

Jennifer

Merethe, thank you for pointing out the field Description!

Jennifer, understood re: circle styling for text options.

For now we'll pursue this as a customization for the project, but I would like to make this an official feature request.
