Navision callback

Hello forum,

- sending an order to Navision via 'Transfer to ERP' function results in an error, which referes to check the DynamicwebLiveIntegrationAddIn.log, see below. Is it somehow possible to configure the request, to by-pass these callbacks from Navision?

Navision is using Plug-in unit version="1.2.0.18_NAV11.0.21441", DW9.14.3 with LiveIntegration version 7.1.4

An error occurred processing the request. Exception: Microsoft Dynamics NAV Business Web Services attempted to issue a client callback to show a confirmation dialog box: There exist a sustitution itemno. Do you want to substitute item no.? (Table 37 Sales Line). Client callbacks are not supported on Microsoft Dynamics NAV Business Web Services.

Hi Michael,
that looks like a problem that is arised in NAV because of the item from the order appearing to be not available for a sell in NAV, so it asks for the other item to sell instead because of some NAV substitutions setup. We have not designed our code unit to by-pass something like that. So maybe you should avoid to have such items in the cart or change the substitution setup in NAV or look for some other solution.
BR, Dmitrij

Thanks Dmitriy, I'll redirect my question to the NAV developer, if he somehow can bypass this in a custom response.
