Selective Facets in Groups not working

Hi,

 

I have a site running in  9.14.4 and Swift v1.15, with only 2 facets configured.

 

I'm trying to configure them in the groups, so that only 1 shows up at a time, but both keep showing. Here are my steps:

 

This seems like a platform bug, but I might be missing something. Can anyone confirm?

Hi Nuno,

The feature is now supported in regualr Product Catalog module but not yet implemented for PC for ViewModel (used by Swift template set). Please, see task 9217 for details.

Great, thank you. I can see there's already a Pull Request waiting to be completed to enable it.

 

I can also see it's been last updated 2 weeks ago (one of the olders PRs). I'll wait a bit more and keep an eye on it, as we need this for a project going live in a month or so.

For whom it may concern,
I've been told this feature request is solved in the latest Dynamicweb.Ecommerce package. 
Not sure which one, but at the time of writing this, the latest stable is 1.14.47.

Hi Peter,

This is very good news for me, as I'm in need of this feature myself. - Do know know approximately when this was fixed? I have version 1.4.34 running, which is just a month or so old. Maybe its mentioned ina version release log, or where did you learn this was fixed?

Hi Eirik,

I have no idea since when this is fixed.
The original post is about a month old, so you probable need to update.
But that shouldn't be much effort ... 

I only updated the Dynamicweb.Ecommerce nuget package and it was fixed.

I've been told by email because I asked the support team about this issue.
