Hi

the manual says it is not possible to refund orders from Dynamicweb, as this is not supported. https://doc.dynamicweb.com/documentation-9/ecommerce/carts-orders/rma#4944

Its confusing to have a button that is not able to do what it says. men I suggest you remove the button all together

HI Hans

Refund is possible if your payment provider is suppoerted for that.

DW has interface IFullReturn, IPartialReturn to implement for your payment provider.

Seems documentation says when create RMA it will not do auto refund, you have to manually do through refund button
