We are getting error on Marketting module when click email send.

solution upgrade from 9.13.3 to 9.13.8

The code in the provider has not been changed since a year ago, so I do not think it is the recipient provider it self.

The only date in the SQL being fire is on the field EcomOrders.OrderModified - check the type of that column in the DB.

If that is not the problem - can you attach a SQL profiler and see what happens in that?

Hi Nicolai

EcomOrders.OrderModified is Datetime format

laos in query profiler also we can not see any suspect or error

HI Nicolai

Seems there is issue on Dynamicweb.EmailMarketing.RecipientProviders.AbandonedCartProvider 3.0.2

this version released after 9.13.3 and 9.13.3 version s 3.0.0 and no issue

we just replace with 3.0.0 and works fine.
