We have some solutions (9.13.6) that would benefit from a native way to utilize page anchors from the Poster paragraph settings. Right now I believe the only way to accomplish this is through template customization (similar to this post) since the Poster paragraph settings only allow for a Page link, product group link, or product link.

We kind of consider anchor links a thing of the past - UX-wise it does not work well in most mobile scenarios.
However, on the item type for the page link field, you cann set a checkbox "EnableParagraphSelection":
By enabling some of these checkboxes and mingling with the template, you can have this work.
