Hello!

We have an odd error coming through when testing an abandoned cart email campaign, "A site has passed its email subscriber limit" (see screenshot). Has anyone run into this before or have any ideas on where to start looking? Solution is on 9.10.12.

It is because your Dynamicweb email marketing license does not have sufficient email subscribers included - so this is a license limitation.
