Ecomerce Advanced Configuration Fee Calculation setting not appearing

I apologize in advance, I'm probably just missing something very obvious.

We have a solution with a shop with different fees per country, but our payment keeps defaulting to the Netherlands (payment country) no matter what the customer enters as delivery country. The doc describes a setting for exactly this:

 

 

The setting is reportedly located between "Product - Group display cache" and "additional fields" (see above), but it's not in our settings (see below):

We're running DW 9.10.14, but I can't see any changes to the setting in the changelog for the most recent versions. Where is / how do I unlock this setting? I'd really prefer not having to mess with the API if there's a beautiful setting that does exactly what I need.

Hi Tim,

We removed those settings in Dynamicweb 9. They only worked in Dynamicweb 8.
I'll ask someone to update the docs.

Instead, try to change the "Country for payment method" and/or "Country for shipping method" in the app settings for the shopping cart.
