Hi Dynamicweb,
On one of our solutions running Dynamicweb 9.10.13, using the DibsEasyCheckout.dll 1.1.8 payment gateway, mobilepay transactions can be completed with valid payment.
Steps:
(Tested on Android, using Chrome on a Samsung Galaxy 10)
1. Add some products to cart, and check out while using a mobile device.
2. Select mobilepay as payment method, and enter the phone number of the device as you're ordering from.
3. The mobilepay app receives the request and takes focus on the device.
4. Login in to the mobilepay app, and the payment request should be visible.
5. Press the "Delete" icon in the top right of the mobilepay app interface.
6. Confirmation message appears; are you sure you want tot cancel transaction?
7. Confirm cancellation.
8. Return focus to browser.
9. Order confirmation page is shown, and the order appears to be processed in the backend just as if the payment request had been approved.

Nasty issue.
There is a lot of changes to the DIBS easy in the past year - see latest versions here: https://www.nuget.org/packages/Dynamicweb.Ecommerce.CheckoutHandlers.DibsEasyCheckout/
You can see i.e. #6100 and #7085 on http://doc.dynamicweb.com/downloads/dynamicweb-9/bug-fixes/bug-fixes-for-9-13 which seems to be exactly what you encounter.
DibsEasyCheckout 2.1.0 is compatible with 9.10, but you need to upgrade to Dynamicweb.dll 9.10.31/Dynamicweb.Ecommerce 1.10.90
