Extranet configuration missing

I have a DW 9.12.0 solution where I’m trying to use Extranet.
It's activated in Global Settings and in "user details" I have the Send Recovery mail options. I also have login forms in the frontend – working.
But somehow I can’t use the app anywhere. It isn’t in the App overview, nor when using paragraphs, so I can't define the rest of the templates needed.

The setup now is that in Website Settings I have “Login template” where the login template is defined. No other templates can be defined anywhere.

Any suggestions as to why this isn't working?

Do you have this:

 

And can you see the module under "apps" area in the backend? Might be missing from the Modules table in the database.

I have the UserManagementFrontend line, yes.
But i can't see the module under "Apps".

Then the module is missing from your Module table.

You can use the backend to create it:

It existed in the backend, but it was not enabled.
But now that it's enabled, it still doesn't appear in Apps or paragraphs...
