Does Discount Count work?

Hi,

It looks to us like Discount Count is not working in 9.8.11. See screenshot below. Is that right? Is this a known issue? Is it fixed in some version?

Yeah, should work.

Is your discounts order or product discounts?

I searched the forums. When I search https://doc.dynamicweb.com/downloads/dynamicweb-9/bug-fixes/known-bugs for 'discount' I get:

  • Bill-to Customer No does not honor discount
  • Editing an order in backend can lead to invisible discounts

Is one of those the bug in question? Should I have searched for something else?

The customer would like to use and be able to track both order and product discounts. Is that possible?

Hi,

not reproduced on last DW9.13.4. Please, find attachment says about the feature works correctly for created/used discounts of various types and applyments.
