Global element paragraph missing from /dwapi/content/paragraphs

Hello, I noticed that the /dwapi/content/paragraphs endpoint does not return global element paragraphs like the /dwapi/content/paragraphs/:id endpoint does.

At least on a DW 9.12.11 solution

Hello,

not reproduced on last DW9.13.4. Please, see URLs in the attachment (data includes 'GlobalID' to global element otputs for reference).
