Dynamicweb Tester tool does not respond

Hi,

I am using the Dynamicweb Batch and Live Integration Tester Tool and have set up a NavConnector. When quering countries, customers, products etc everything goes smoothly.

But when using "Get Product Groups Simple" the tester tool ends up freezing. Patience and waiting does not help and no log can be found.

Request:
<GetEcomData Qty="1" ><tables><ProductGroups type="all" setLanguage="DAN"/></tables></GetEcomData>

Any ideas?

Hi Eva,
can not reproduce that. Maybe you have too many Item Category records so it takes too long to get them?
You can also try to run the query from the Integration->Live integration-> any instance/create new instance -> click Test connection
and enter your request there.
