Add products to groups after integration

Hi,

We have an integration from Bussiness Central. Its product groups are focused on B2B, so in DW we have extra groups for the frontend. This way, after the integration we need to add the products from certain groups to the extra groups of DW.

Is it possible to do it automatically? What would be the procedure?
